Flagship multi-agent demo — not the product definition.

Fystash is the sandbox fabric. The software factory is a filmed recipe: coordinator + workers in one room, fabric barriers, drive artifacts.

Outline

1. Create a room

2. Spawn coordinator + N coding workers (default template)

3. Assign work over fabric; workers write patches to the drive

4. Barrier when workers finish

5. Coordinator synthesizes / opens a PR

Use Dashboard Recipes prompts or MCP with the factory skill pattern. Keep create/exec in MCP — do not drive the demo by clicking the webapp.
